Trash & Recycle pickup: Tuesdays
Trash and Household items: Fridays
USE THE APPROPRIATE CAN:
Trash for trash and Recycle for recycled items!!
Put out Trash/Recycle containers the evening before pickup. Empty trash/recycle containers must be returned to the backyard as soon as possible on pick up days.
Large, bulky items to be disposed of i.e. (old furniture, appliances, other large household items, toys etc), can be placed on the curb Thursday evening for Fridays pickup.
Any item that has fluids inside, like gasoline, (lawn mowers), and automotive tires will NOT be picked up. Don’t put those items out or it will be considered dumping.
Trash & Recycle cans not returned to the rear yard the evening of pickup, will be subjected to fines of $50 per can, per occurrence.

Go past the courthouse to Banquet Hall sign on the left.
Bulletin Board
Effective immediately, the basketball court will be converted to a soccer and general play area. Due to blatant disregard of parking, vandalism, illegal activities and constantly being used by non-residents, we have no choice but to remove the nets and backboards. This was not a decision taken lightly by the Board.
